SUN Sports teamed up with The University of Florida College of Journalism and Communications’ Department of Advertising, to create a marketing/branding campaign in support of SEC Basketball. A group of 11 students developed the “Born to be SEC” multiplatform concept, which emerged as the winning project. This multi-media marketing campaign incorporating TV spots, outdoor advertising, and print ads launched in the Fall of 2010.
