Fall 2013
Savannah College of Art and Design

Students at the Savannah College of Art and Design were tasked with devising the opening title animation graphics for the 2014 Super Bowl on FOX. This process involved creating and presenting storyboards, animatics, motion/3D capture and final design concepts. SCAD students were in regular communication with the FOX design team to check-in on progress and help foster the project. The FOX design team polished and finalized the students’ designs to use for the broadcast. Students documented their journey through a blog created in conjunction with the Collaborative Learning Center at SCAD, which appeared on the FOX website.
